Installing Hardware Drivers - Find Drivers Folder Location
When you start your computer after installing a hardware or you insert a USB or Plug & Play hardware, your PC may popup a dialog asking you for Device Driver. You may either insert your Driver CD and allow your computer to search for drivers in the CD or your hard disk. If you know the exact location of driver files then directly navigate to those driver files and Windows will install the necessary Driver files for your hardware manufacturer and model number.
Installing Hardware Drivers - From Hardware Device Driver List
The third method is to use the Run dialog by press "Windows" Key and "Pause Break" keys together and selecting "Device Manager" and double clicking on any of the hardware device and then selecting "Driver" tab and then click on the "Update Driver" tab. Try the "Automatic Driver Search" option or "browse my computer for drivers" option and go to the folder where the drivers are located or you may select the "Let me Pick from a Device List" Option. If you can't find the device or hardware listed in it, then remove the tick mark of show compatible drivers to get a list of all devices and if you find the device then select it to load the drivers. These are Microsoft Digitally Signed Drivers listed under Manufacturer names and models that came with your Windows.
How to Roll Back Drivers or Uninstall Drivers
